run workshops making jewellery with all sorts of different groups
of people, from reception age children with Warrington Museum to adults
involved with Gingerbread. Other authorities that have employed my
creative skills are Manchester Museum, Manchester Art Galleries, CAPE,
Artworks (for which we won an award) Cornerhouse Gallery, Independent
Options, and Studio in the City. In July 2003 I
worked with the National Glass Centre in Sunderland with Cleveland
Craft Centre in Middlesbrough, working with a group of partially sighted
& blind people, making objects related to the body incorporating
tactile, smelly, personal and brightly coloured elements.

have been a member of the ACJ (Association
for Contemporary Jewellery) since Jan 1998. I was on the steering committee
for the 2003 conference in Manchester ' Beauty, The Eye of the Beholder'.
I also curated Commission Me, a touring exhibition funded by North West
Arts Board, showing the best in contemporary jewellery in the northwest.
A founding member of MJN
(Manchester Jewellers Network) and a member of MFN (Manchester
